Our Mission

To provide meaningful employment to persons with disabilities in a supervised workshop environment. We are not a charity. We believe that our employees can and will become taxpayers, and they will achieve that goal by having a supported work environment.

More than 90 percent of people on the Autism Spectrum do not work full time, and many struggle to work part time if they do not receive job coaching.

Those individuals who are in supported work environments are by all accounts excellent employees, who are diligent, and show pride in the work that they do.

Just what we would want for any one of our children...
